Do I own the software?

Yes — you own it. We build your business its own system, it's yours, and we run it for you. If you ever leave, you take the system and your data with you. That's in the contract from day one, in plain English.

What if I cancel?

Then you cancel. Month to month, no cancellation fee, no "early termination" games. And you keep the system — it's yours, along with all your data. You're never trapped.

Why $1,500 a month?

Because it's everything: hosting, security, backups, fixes, and changes when your business changes. No per-user fees, no add-ons, no surprise line items. Most businesses your size already pay more than that across three or four tools they barely use — this replaces them with one system that actually fits.

What if I want something changed?

Ask. Changes are included. We work one request at a time so things get done right — and bug fixes always jump the line. Brand-new additions (a whole new module) get scoped separately, so you always know what's what.

How fast will I see something?

We map how you run in the first two weeks, design your screens with you in weeks 3 and 4, then build — live in about 60 days, end to end. You see progress every week, so you're never wondering what you paid for.

What do you need from me?

A few hours. We watch how your business runs, ask questions, and get out of your way. You don't have to learn anything, manage anything, or touch anything.

What happens to my data if something happens to you?

It's in writing: your data is always yours, exportable any time, and the contract spells out exactly what you get and what happens if we ever stopped operating. You're never trapped.

$7,500 up front is a lot.

Half up front. The other half isn't due until three months in — after you've seen it work in your business. For comparison: the big software companies charge $5,000–$50,000 just for "implementation" — and lock you into a multi-year contract on top. We don't do either.
