Payment And Engagement Page

Last updated: 09 October 2025

This page outlines how payments, project engagement, milestones, and revisions work when collaborating with us. Our goal is to maintain transparency, protect both parties, and ensure a smooth and efficient working process from start to finish.

1. Payment Structure

1.1 Deposit Requirement

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.
  • Work will not start until the deposit is received.
  • The deposit is non-refundable once the project has begun.

1.2 Remaining Balance

  • The remaining 50% payment is due upon final delivery of the project files.
  • Final files (exported assets, source files, or full-resolution designs) will only be released after full payment is completed.

1.3 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (local)
  • E-wallets (OVO, Dana, GoPay) — optional
  • PayPal — optional for international clients

2. Project Milestones

2.1 Milestone Breakdown

Milestones may vary depending on the project type, but generally include:

  1. Planning & Research – Initial consultation, requirement gathering
  2. Wireframes / Concept Drafts – Low-fidelity structure
  3. High-Fidelity Design – Visual polish and full UI system
  4. Final Delivery – Handover of assets, documentation, and files

2.2 Milestone Approval

  • Each milestone must be approved by the client before moving to the next stage.
  • Any changes requested after a milestone is approved may incur additional charges.

3. Revision Policy

3.1 Included Revisions

The standard project package includes:

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions per screen/page/section
  • Revisions must stay within the original project scope

3.2 Out-of-Scope Revisions

Changes outside the initial brief or after a milestone is approved may include:

  • New features
  • New screens/pages
  • Major redesign
  • Expanded functionality (These may be charged separately at an hourly or per-screen rate)

4. Engagement Guidelines

4.1 Communication

  • All communication will be handled through a pre-agreed platform (WhatsApp, email, or Notion).
  • Response time: within 24 hours on weekdays.

4.2 Project Pauses

  • If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days, the project may be paused.
  • After 14 days of inactivity, the project may be marked as closed. A new quote may be required to continue.

4.3 Timeline Commitment

  • Timelines depend on prompt feedback from the client.
  • Delayed responses can extend the project timeline.

5. Final Deliverables

5.1 What You Will Receive

Depending on project type:

  • High-fidelity UI screens
  • Design system & style guide
  • Prototypes (Figma link)
  • Export-ready assets
  • Final documentation if applicable

5.2 File Transfer

  • Final files will be provided only after full payment is received.
