Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it.

When we say “cookies” in this policy, we also mean similar technologies such as local storage and session storage, which can serve the same purposes.

We keep it simple. Our cookie banner lets you accept or decline anything optional:

Essential cookies. These are required for the website to function — for example, cookies set by our hosting platform for security, load balancing, and content delivery, and the setting that remembers your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off through our site.

Cookieless visit count. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, from our hosting provider. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify you, so it runs for every visitor. It records the page viewed, the referring page, and your device type, browser, and country, and gives us totals only. To tell visits apart within a single day it uses a short-lived value that is discarded every 24 hours.

Analytics cookies. We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and how people move through our contact form. Until you choose, PostHog keeps this only in memory for your visit and stores nothing on your device. If you accept, it stores a randomly generated identifier in cookies and local storage so repeat visits can be recognized. If you decline, it stops collecting.

Advertising measurement (only if you accept). If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel, which sets Meta’s first-party cookies (such as _fbp) so we can measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits and enquiries. If you then send our contact form, we also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) copy of your name, email address, and phone number, together with your IP address, browser details, and Meta’s cookie values, so it can match your enquiry to the ad. Before you choose, if you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel does not load and nothing is sent to Meta.

What we do not use:

• Advertising or marketing cookies before you accept, or after you decline
• Ad networks other than Meta’s measurement tools
• Cookies that sell or share your data with data brokers

Analytics data tells us things like which services and industries visitors care about, where people drop off, and whether the site is working well on different devices.

We use it to improve our content, fix problems, and make the site easier to use. If you accept advertising measurement, Meta data also tells us which ads bring in enquiries, so we spend less on the ones that don’t.

You can control cookies in several ways:

• Accept or decline in our cookie banner. To change your choice later, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will ask again
• Block or delete cookies through your browser settings — every major browser lets you clear stored cookies and refuse new ones
• Use private / incognito browsing, which discards cookies when you close the window
• Visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Info page for privacy-rights requests

Blocking cookies may affect certain features of our website, but the site will remain usable.

PostHog, Inc. processes analytics data on our behalf under its own privacy and security commitments. Analytics requests are routed through our own domain, and the data is used only to provide analytics to us.

Vercel, Inc. (our hosting provider) provides the cookieless visit count on our behalf, through our own domain.

Meta Platforms, Inc. receives advertising-measurement data only if you accept, and handles it under its own Data Policy, which may include using it to deliver and improve ads.

Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies as part of serving the site securely.

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable regulations.

Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
